Simply create a Collection [show me how] using Windows Live Local, then submit it here to share it with others. It will appear on the site within a day or so.
Once you have created your collection, the easiest way to get the URL for it is to copy the URL to the clipboard using the ‘Share’ menu in WLL. Then paste it in the ‘Collection URL’ field below.
